Copy and content for translators

The right words can make all the difference to your translation business.

I’m the translator’s copywriter, and I’m here to help you find them.

Writing your own copy isn’t easy. But if you’re looking for help with it, you don’t want to trust just anyone with your website, LinkedIn bio, blog posts or social media content.

You need someone who understands your industry, so you don’t have to explain the ins and outs of it.

I’m a translator as well as a copywriter, so I get it! I know the world of translation and interpreting, with its quirks and peculiarities. I know the struggles you face and the questions your clients ask you.

I’m here to make sure that your English content and copy get through to your dream clients and help you grow your business the way you want to.

Whether you’re starting a boutique translation agency or creating your first freelance website, I’m here to lend a hand.

So, how can I help?

Copywriting – I’ll write your website copy, LinkedIn profile, blog posts or social media content from scratch to your brief, making sure every word sounds like you. Let’s show the world what makes you unique and just how you can help your clients.

Editing – I’ll make sure there are no sneaky grammar errors in any of your texts and that you’ve nailed the tone of voice you’re aiming for. Whether you’re a native speaker of English or not, a second pair of eyes can make all the difference.

Teamwork – Let’s do this together! Have you drafted some parts of your website copy, but are stuck on others? I’ll adapt my services to your needs, reviewing and tweaking what you’ve got so far and writing other sections from scratch, so you don’t waste any more time staring at a blank page.

SEO – Shall you handle the keyword research or shall I? Together, we can make sure your prospective clients have the best chance of finding your optimised website on Google.

Depending on exactly how I can help you, I’ll either quote you a project rate or an hourly rate. Whatever works best for you and your copy!

So, shall we get started?

“It was great to work with Katie. She’s super friendly and really knows her stuff. We had a lovely video chat and she captured my ‘voice’ and the message I wanted to convey so well. I can’t recommend her enough!”
